Amaris in Tunisia is hiring “Product Owners” to contribute on its growth. The Product Owner will manage a backlog through direct contact with the development team and internal clients. 


  1. Product Management:
    • Work with the product manager to understand the business needs.
    • Creating and maintaining the scenarios by products.
    • Benchmarking market solutions.
    • Following-up business evolutions in relation to the product.
    • Animating the community by product.
    • Ensuring the product is marketable (quality, communication, competitors comparison).
  2. Product Ownership:
    • Communicating with internal clients (IT Business Partners, Key Users, Users).
    • Managing engineering requirements (catalogue, priorities, objectives, …).
    • Documenting requirements (why, what, when, who).
    • Documenting user stories.
    • Managing a module backlog.
    • Prioritizing module backlog.
    • Steering the development team work.
    • Managing the communication with the development team.
    • Being the single point of contact for the development team.
    • Ensuring project coordination service by providers (UX, BPM, IS Architecture).
    • Planning deliveries based on the development team velocity.
    • Communicating on the module development.


  1. A master degree in Business Analysis, Management, or the IT field.
  2. English and French fluency is required.
  3. A dynamic, structured, organized, and problem solving personality.
  4. Agile methodology skills are an asset.
