Mdad is a non-governmental organization with a legal personality and an independent financial authority that exercises its functions and activities and does not aim to achieve personal business profits. It was founded by a group of young men and women interested in the fields of peace and development who seek effective and legal participation in the process of development and peacebuilding in Yemen through a legal mechanism and building and strengthening relations between government agencies, private organizations, civil society organizations, donors and international organizations.
