The Community Innovation Incubator Program - a program that aims to involve young people and community leaders in working with human rights organisations that  develop innovative and sustainable solutions - acknowledges pioneering ideas aimed at supporting and developing the work of civil society organizations in Jordan.  This program is presented to development organizations and human rights groups that are looking for innovative solutions to the challenges they face or more effective alternatives to achieve their goal of social change.  The program begins with brainstorming the most important challenges to the development priorities in the various governorates of the Kingdom in the form of a camp for leadership and innovation.  It  includes 20 representatives of organizations or groups rights and 10 innovators and pioneers working to find solutions to these challenges.  The two sides work together to analyze the roots of the challenges and to create and develop innovative solutions using technology.
