You will do your studies at Harbin Institute of Technology HIT which is ranked No.2 in China and No.6 globally according to the US News ranking for the Best Global Universities for Engineering.</p><h3>Conditions and Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ol><li>International students out of China or former graduates of Chinese universities (non-Chinese nationality)</li><li>Applicants for master&rsquo;s degree studies must have a <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>bachelor&rsquo;s</strong></a> degree and be under the age of 35; Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have a master&rsquo;s degree and be under the age of 40.</li><li>Excellent performance in study.</li><li>Applicants should have good ability in scientific research.</li><li>Applicants without adequate Chinese proficiency&nbsp;are required to take a one-year Chinese language course and need to pass HSK test 4 to continue the scholarship.
