IGRANAgricultural Cooperative for the Production and Valorization of Garlic and other terroirs products.+ Concept:The IGRAN Cooperative is invented around an alliance bringing together:Fair Trade and Humanism,+ Objectives:To assemble a certain number of the farmers or producers of Garlic of the region of Assaki and Taliouine and to help them to improve their living conditions in particular by:- The development of natural garlic product (garlic sub-products: powder, puree, oil, etc.).- Training for cooperative staff in terms of quality, hygiene, food safety, modern garlic production technology.- Product marketing, visit to trade fairs and fairs, exhibitions organizations, the organization of garlic festival.
