AWS Elemental, a subsidiary of Amazon, is looking for a high-quality video encoding specialist to open and develop a new market for the company's products in the Middle East, a multi-screen, cloud-based video company.

Responsibilities
1. Build and develop a strong pipeline and sales work in your area.
2. Understand and document business and technical needs of customers, in order to propose solutions to the company.
3. Develop and implement sales opportunities plans to support company objectives.
4. Effective participation of (sales resources, product management, program management, ...) to successfully close business by developing solutions based on customer needs.
5. Meet or exceed sales quotas.
6. Work independently with little supervision for most tasks.
7.Ability to work with documents (RFP, RFI) by creating new proposals.
8.Effective communication with product requirements from the field to product management and engineering.
9. There will be travel with a structure of 30-50%.

Qualifications Required

  • Successful experience selling into markets related to media and entertainment video workflows, such as cable, telco or broadcast media markets.
  • Demonstrated success starting and managing a sales region.
  • Has organized and led an RFP team.
  • BS degree, technical preferred. MBA desired.
  • Must speak English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistent quota attainment and over-achievement in a solution selling environment that has required you to work closely with a customer to develop an appropriate ROI and Cost Justification analysis
  • A proven history of developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers. Similarly, knows how to identify blockers and implement strategies to overcome objections and satisfy all necessary customer constituents to close business.
  • Natural leader; confident and energetic; professional and team-oriented sales approach.
  • Excellent presentation skills, and written and oral communications ability.
  • Exceptional initiative and creativity in the development of solutions for customers.
