Opportunity description
WOLDA – Worldwide Logo Design Award is an international platform and competition specializing in logo design, visual identity, and packaging. It was founded in Milan in 2006 with the aim of highlighting outstanding creative work in design on a global scale.
The competition is currently organized by the International Editorial Design & Research Forum, based in Germany, and attracts annual entries from independent designers, agencies, design studios, and students from around the world.
Benefits
There are two scholarship categories:
Gold Scholarship:
Full waiver of the program fee, worth up to USD 1,100.
Airfare support of up to USD 750.
Visa processing support of up to USD 50.
Silver Scholarship:
Full waiver of the program fee, worth up to USD 1,100.
Airfare support of up to USD 250.
Visa processing support of up to USD 50.
The scholarship also includes:
6 days and 5 nights of accommodation in shared rooms.
4 breakfasts and 4 lunches.
All cultural and educational activities included in the program.
Scheduled sightseeing and cultural tours.
Local transportation by metro and bus.
An electronic participation certificate from AYFN.
Guidance and support throughout the program.
Coordination and administrative costs within Korea.
Eligibility criteria
Applications are open to all nationalities.
Applicants must be between 17 and 40 years old.
Applicants should have an interest in travel, culture, and cultural exchange.
Applicants should demonstrate leadership potential.
Applicants must be able to communicate in English.
Applicants must be in suitable health to participate in the program activities.
Applicants should be willing to document the program activities and their experience during participation.
