The German Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa) is accepting applications for the CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowships 2027, which offers funded cultural and professional exchange opportunities in Germany for employees and volunteers working with civil society organizations from more than 40 countries, including several Arab countries.
The program allows participants to spend two to three months working and learning within host institutions and organizations in Germany or in one of the partner countries.
The fellowship aims to help participants develop their professional expertise, exchange knowledge, build international networks, and strengthen intercultural communication skills.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application.
At least two years of proven professional or volunteer experience with a civil society organization in the applicant’s home country.
A good command of written and spoken English, as English is the primary language of the program.
Ability to travel and live abroad for a period of two to three months.
Applicants must be nationals of one of the participating countries.
Applicants must not be current students, as students are not eligible for the program.
Applicants must not receive another similar form of funding during the same year, such as another fellowship.
