The McKinsey Forward program is a free 10-week online learning journey designed to develop critical workplace skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, communication, and relationship building. It includes digital courses, live webinars, and access to a global network. Upon completion, participants earn a digital badge and continue growing through networking and volunteering opportunities.
Eligibility:
Open to individuals worldwide between ages 23-28, with an emphasis on those early in their careers. The program targets young professionals from over 100 countries, focusing on building adaptable, digital-savvy, and resilient skills. No prior work experience required, and participants must complete online modules.
