The International Federation of Exlibris Societies (FISAE) is a global organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the art of exlibris worldwide through organizing exhibitions, competitions, and international conferences that bring together artists from different countries. Through the International Exlibris Competition – Varna 2026, the federation offers artists the opportunity to showcase their work and creativity in the field of miniature printmaking, encourages artistic exchange, and helps build an international network with experts and artists from around the world, while emphasizing innovation and the preservation of this unique art form.
