Free Online Course by Maharah: Foundations of Projects Control

Maharah is offering a free online course on the theme of “Foundations of Projects Control”, begins with the definition and meaning of project control, what is expected of you as a project conroller, and a definition of basic terms that will help you move forward. Then addresses the basic part, which is an explanation of your tasks as a project controller, how you make reports, and your role in decision-making.

The most important reports that must be created, their periodicity, and how to publish and discuss them were also explained.
