(3&times;4 cm)</li><li>Health check report from the official clinic or hospital within the last 6 months.</li><li>English Language Proficiency:</li></ul><ul><li>English is medium of instruction for the master program: TOEIC 600, TOEFL iBT 50, IELTS 5.5, PET/FCE 160 (English certificates must be valid for two years from your test date up to the application date) or Proof of bachelor/master program taught in the English language.</li><li>Vietnamese is medium of instruction for the master program: TOEIC 500, TOEFL iBT 45, IELTS 4.5, PET/FCE 140 (English certificates must be valid for two years from your test date up to the application date) or Proof of bachelor/master program taught in the English language.</li></ul><h3><strong>Documents Required for PhD Program:</strong></h3><ul><li>Curriculum Vitae.</li><li>Original copy of bachelor transcript.</li><li>Original copy of bachelor certificate.</li><li>Original copy of the master transcript.</li><li>Original copy of the master certificate in right applied major.</li><li>Research publications. (all files of published papers)</li><li>Statement of purpose. (500 words).</li><li>Two Reference Letters. (at least one letter of master thesis&rsquo;s adviser).</li><li>Criminal record.</li><li>Copy of Passport.</li><li>Photograph. (3&times;4 cm).</li><li>Health check report from the official clinic or hospital within the last 6 months.</li><li>English Language Proficiency: For foreign applicants apply for the scholarship: TOEFL iBT 60, IELTS 6.0, PET/FCE 169 (English certificates must be valid for two years from your test date up to the application date) or Proof of bachelor/master program taught in the English language.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> For the Doctoral program in English, applicants should have sufficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Vietnamese.
