Ton Duc Thang (TDTU) in Vietnam is offering a number of scholarships for international and Vietnamese students who want to study masters and doctoral degrees in various programs.

Available Masters Programs:

The Master's program runs from 18 to 24 months. The language of the study varies from Vietnamese to English as follows:

Automation and Control Engineering (Vietnamese or English).
Electrical Engineering (Vietnamese or English).
Communication Engineering (Vietnamese or English).
Business Administration (Vietnamese or English).
Chemical Engineering (Vietnamese Language).
Civil Engineering (Vietnamese or English).
Transportation Engineering (Vietnamese or English).
Computer Science (Vietnamese or English).
Economic Law (Vietnamese).
Environmental Engineering (Vietnamese or English).

The Ph.D. program runs from 36 to 48 months and the language of study in English only.

Original copy of bachelor transcript.
Original copy of bachelor certificate.
Statement of purpose. (500 words)
Criminal record.
Copy of Passport.
Reference Letter of Bachelor’s thesis adviser.
Photograph. (3×4 cm)
Health check report from the official clinic or hospital within the last 6 months.
English Language Proficiency:

English is medium of instruction for the master program: TOEIC 600, TOEFL iBT 50, IELTS 5.5, PET/FCE 160 (English certificates must be valid for two years from your test date up to the application date) or Proof of bachelor/master program taught in the English language.
Vietnamese is medium of instruction for the master program: TOEIC 500, TOEFL iBT 45, IELTS 4.5, PET/FCE 140 (English certificates must be valid for two years from your test date up to the application date) or Proof of bachelor/master program taught in the English language.

Documents Required for PhD Program:

Curriculum Vitae.
Original copy of bachelor transcript.
Original copy of bachelor certificate.
Original copy of the master transcript.
Original copy of the master certificate in right applied major.
Research publications. (all files of published papers)
Statement of purpose. (500 words).
Two Reference Letters. (at least one letter of master thesis’s adviser).
Criminal record.
Copy of Passport.
Photograph. (3×4 cm).
Health check report from the official clinic or hospital within the last 6 months.
English Language Proficiency: For foreign applicants apply for the scholarship: TOEFL iBT 60, IELTS 6.0, PET/FCE 169 (English certificates must be valid for two years from your test date up to the application date) or Proof of bachelor/master program taught in the English language.

Note: For the Doctoral program in English, applicants should have sufficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Vietnamese. They are required to provide a Vietnamese proficiency certificate CEFR B1 as a graduation requirement.

Value:

Full scholarship: covers tuition and living fees.
Partial Scholarship: covers 50% of tuition fees and 50% of living fees.
Search Scholarship: according to TDTU University Announcements.
