<p>The Stipendium Hungaricum Program was launched by the Hungarian Government and is offering international students <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">scholarships</a> for the academic year 2021/2022. More than 5000 students can begin their studies in Hungary in the framework of this program.</p><h3>Available Scholarships:</h3><p>Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for bachelor&#39;s, master&#39;s, one-tier master&#39;s, doctoral and non-degree programs (preparatory and specialization courses).</p><h3>Benefits:</h3><p><strong>The scholarship will cover the following:</strong></p><ol><li>Tuition-free education.</li><li>Monthly stipend for Non-degree, bachelor, master and one-tier master level: monthly amount of HUF 43,700 (cca EUR 120) contribution to the living expenses in Hungary, for 12 months a year, until the completion of studies.</li><li>Accommodation contribution: free dormitory place or a contribution of HUF 40 000/month to accommodation costs for the whole duration of the scholarship period.</li><li>Medical insurance.</li></ol><h3>Eligibility:</h3><ol><li>Applications will be considered eligible if the applicant is nominated by the responsible authorities of the Sending Partner.</li><li>Applicants must be more the 18 years old at the time of application.</li><li>Applicants must not be former Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship holders.</li><li>Applicants are eligible to apply only if they meet the minimum language criteria set by the chosen host higher education institution.</li></ol><h3>Application Documents:</h3><p>All of the following documents are compulsory and need to be submitted on January 16, 2020:</p><ol><li>Online application form.</li><li>Motivation Letter: minimum 1 page and written in the language of the selected study program or in Hungarian.</li><li>Proof of language proficiency and their translations in the language of the selected study program or in Hungarian.</li><li>School certificates and their translations in the language of the selected study program or in Hungarian.</li><li>Transcript of Records and its translations in the language of the selected study program or in Hungarian.</li><li>Medical Certificate.</li><li>Copy of Identification Document.</li><li>Acceptance of Statement for Application in the online system.</li></ol>
