International "Poster For" Competition for Design 2018

Do you design posters for environment protection, education, water safety, child protection or any other issues?

The “Poster For” Project invites designers from all around the world including students to participate in the competition by sending their posters that tackle global issues like social awareness, environment protection, education, water safety, child production and more. These days, with the world’s most critical problems increasingly catching people’s attention and vehemently debated, poster design has become more and more influential in making changes and will definitely be more powerful in the future. 

Categories include:

[1] The primary competition:

Poster for Climate Change

[2] The secondary competitions:

• Poster for Child
• Poster for Ocean Protection
• Poster for Education
• Poster for Water

Participation rules:

[1] There is no limitation in terms of age or nationality

[2] All posters must be original works and previously unpublished. They must not include any material protected by copyright, and all matters regarding copyright of the entry will be the responsibility of the participant

[3] All posters will be part of the Poster For archive

 [4] Jury members are not allowed to participate in the competition, and the judging process will keep in an anonymous way and professional manner 

[5] Organizers have the right to exhibit and publish works for non-commercial purposes, and participants retain full ownership of their entry. Participants are guaranteed the right to be credited every time their posters are published or exhibited by the organizer

[6] The number of participation is unlimited

[7] Posters must be vertical format of JPG or PDF, and sized 70x100 cm in 200 dpi. Maximum size of the file must be 20MB and the color mode must be CMYK

[8] The competition does not accept ZIP, RAR files 

Prize:

 All winning designers will receive an award certificate via email, and the selected posters will be featured on the official website of the competition and relevant social media. In addition to that, winners will be exhibited internationally. They will be asked to mail the physical posters for exhibition or will be required to pay the fee for print production ($30 per entry).
