<p>The Jacques Nasser <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Scholarship</a> Fund for Leadership at INSEAD was created in 2004 with the generous support Jacques Nasser, Former CEO of the Ford Motor Company. He wishes to encourage and support students who aspire to return to the Middle East after the MBA programme and become leaders in the region. This endowed fund provides one scholarship a year, in perpetuity, to deserving candidates admitted to the INSEAD MBA programme from the Arab countries in the Middle East who are committed to a career in the region.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">Related:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/United-Kingdom">opportunities in the UK</a> available on For9a</p><h3><strong>Amount of Scholarship:</strong></h3><p>Up to &euro;20,000. One award will be made per year.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Eligibility:</strong></h3><p>Candidates who are citizens of an Arab country in the Middle East (including Egypt) or whose parents are/were citizens of one of these countries. Leadership potential will be assessed and a preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate financial need.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Essay topic:</strong></h3><ol><li>In approximately 250 words state (a) why you feel an INSEAD MBA is relevant to your particular educational needs (b) your future career objectives.</li><li>In approximately 300 words provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as your budget for the year at INSEAD. How do you expect to finance your studies if you do not obtain a scholarship from INSEAD? Why INSEAD should consider you for one of the Middle East scholarships? What amount do you consider appropriate?</li><li>In approximately 250 words analyse and discuss the requirements for successful business leadership in the Middle East today.
