Warren Wilson College, a liberal arts school located in North Carolina, is now offering both merit and need based scholarships for international students. Non-native English speakers must demonstrate proficiency using the TOEFL, IELTS, ACT, or SAT. To be eligible, students must be admitted to the college, hold a 3.0 or higher high school GPA, and have a family income of $125,000 or less. 

Scholarships range from $4,000 to full tuition.
