<p>Karikaturculer Dernegi is presenting its annual cartoonists&#39; <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>competition</strong></a>. Water is the theme of the fourth International Cartoon Exhibition, that will take place in the Culture Center in Čakovec, Croatia from September 19th through September 30th, 2019.
