A bachelor’s degree for master's applicants or a master's degree for PhD applicants
Strong academic background in science, technology, or engineering
Proof of English proficiency: TOEFL (minimum score 80) or IELTS (minimum score 6.0), or a degree from an English-language institution
Passing the selection test and personal interview
Submission of two recommendation letters, a CV, and a motivation letter
