Opportunity description
The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation is an international nonprofit organization established in 2006 at the initiative of Prince Albert II of Monaco. The foundation focuses on environmental protection, planetary health, and sustainable development for present and future generations.
It works to develop and support practical solutions to global environmental challenges, with particular emphasis on climate change, biodiversity, oceans, and water resources.

Eligibility criteria
The competition is open to participants from around the world.
It is open to different age groups, divided into three categories:
18 years and older
Ages 13 to 17
12 years and under
The age category is determined based on the participant’s age on December 1, 2026.
Students, artists, hobbyists, and other creative individuals are eligible to participate.
School classes may also participate, with each student’s work evaluated individually.
Each participant may submit only one entry.
The work may be created using traditional or digital media.
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create the submitted work is not permitted.
Submission Requirements
Submit one comic story only.
The entry must not exceed 4 pages.
The required format is A4 or A3.
The work must relate to the 2027 theme: “Blubb”.
The theme may be interpreted freely and creatively.
Traditional or digital drawing techniques may be used.
AI-generated works are not allowed.
