The Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Portrait Award 2027 is back to celebrate the best in contemporary portraiture, remaining one of the world's leading portrait painting competitions. Organized by the National Portrait Gallery in London, the competition aims to attract top artists globally, encouraging them to showcase their creative talents in this unique field.
Program Details
- Entries must be based on a sitting or study from life, predominantly featuring the human figure.
- Works should be primarily painted in oil, tempera, or acrylic. Watercolors, works on paper, or pastels are not accepted.
- Entry fee is £40.
