Eligibility criteria
Must be a full-time student at a higher education institution in your home country (enrolled in a university or college).
Citizenship must be from countries listed in the program, such as: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Kenya, Ghana, and other countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Tuition fees must be paid to your home institution during the application.
Applicants cannot be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
Proof of English proficiency by providing an IELTS or TOEFL certificate.
