Opportunity description
Türkiye Bursları is one of the most prestigious and well-known scholarship programs worldwide, offered by the Turkish government to international students from all nationalities to pursue their studies at top Turkish universities.
The scholarship provides the opportunity to study Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programs across a wide range of disciplines, with full financial coverage and comprehensive academic and living support.
In many cases, IELTS or TOEFL is not required, as language proficiency may be assessed through an interview or alternative proof depending on the university.
The scholarship covers most academic disciplines, including but not limited to:
Engineering
Medicine and Health Sciences
Natural Sciences
Social Sciences and Humanities

Media and Political Science

Full tuition fee coverage
Monthly stipend:
Bachelor’s: approximately 1,000 TRY
Master’s: approximately 1,400 TRY
PhD: approximately 1,800 TRY

Eligibility criteria
Holding a certificate of the previous academic level with at least a good grade (requirements vary by degree level)
Applicants must not have previously received a Turkish government scholarship
Applicants must not be currently enrolled at a Turkish university
Compliance with the age limits specified for each degree level
IELTS or TOEFL is not mandatory, as evaluation may be conducted through interviews or alternative language proof
