<div><div class="benefits"><div><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits"><div class="benefits">You can participate with the association in one of the following volunteer activities:</div><ul><li><div class="benefits">Al-Bawasil Camp:</div><ul><li><div class="benefits">By joining the Al-Bawasil Camp team, you will contribute to creating unforgettable moments of fun in the lives of children diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. You will also participate in preparing and presenting the camp&rsquo;s daily activities. You will receive special training before the start of the camp and will be guided throughout the camp by specialists.</div></li></ul></li><li><div class="benefits">Challenge camp:</div><ul><li><div class="benefits">In this camp, young people diagnosed with diabetes come together to spend three days, during which they practice a healthy and active lifestyle in addition to working to develop their skills in solving the difficulties they face and taking better care of their diabetes.</div></li></ul></li><li><div class="benefits">Diabetes awareness programs:</div><ul><li><div class="benefits">These programs target the public at large, such as the annual diabetes walk, awareness campaigns and exhibitions aimed at raising awareness to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Participating in these programs is a great opportunity to contribute with the Qatar Diabetes Association in running a successful program.</div></li></ul></li><li><div class="benefits">Diabetes prevention camp:</div><ul><li><div class="benefits">Those who have a medical background or are currently studying in any of the medical fields (nurse, pharmacist, dietitian, doctor,..) or humanities (psychologist, social worker,..) can apply to this camp and help its participants.</div></li></ul></li></ul><h3 class="benefits">About the Qatar Diabetes Association:</h3><div class="benefits">The Qatar Diabetes Association is a member of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, which was established in 1995 with the support of His Highness the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairman of the Council Management of the Qatar Foundation, where the association was established to support adults, children and families who live with diabetes and help them manage it in order to control it well and avoid its complications in order to obtain a good quality of life.
