Opportunity description

The National Platform for Volunteer Work announces a volunteer opportunity in Saudi Arabia: Health and Hospital Administration Specialist in the Health Volunteer Campaign for the Hajj Season 1446.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all health services within the organization.
  • Oversee the daily management of healthcare.
  • Collect and analyze data and use it to plan and manage both projects and systems.
  • Manage staff, professionals, administrators, and technical team.
  • Implement policies and directives and manage recruitment, selection, evaluation, and development of employees.
  • Communicate and negotiate with medical and technical staff and external organizations.
  • Ensure appropriate service delivery and adherence to high quality.
  • Develop budgets and maintain financial resources.
  • Plan and implement strategic changes to improve service delivery.
  • Attend meetings, write reports, and deliver presentations.
  • Oversee the procurement of equipment and supplies and organize warehouses.
  • Use computers to manage information and financial data, analyze and measure performance.
  • Support ICT systems for projects.

Eligibility criteria

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You should have a major in health and hospital administration.
  • You have to hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Both genres are welcome to apply.
