Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offers scholarships for non-Saudi female students, with the aim of supporting international students and enabling them to pursue university education at one of the largest women’s universities in the world.
The scholarship covers non-Saudi female students residing outside the Kingdom through external scholarships, as well as non-Saudi female students residing inside Saudi Arabia with valid legal residency through internal scholarships, according to the admission requirements set by the university.
The scholarship aims to promote scientific and cultural exchange between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and countries around the world, support the dissemination of knowledge, and enable academically outstanding female students to obtain an educational opportunity in a comprehensive university environment that provides academic support, student care, and support services throughout the study period.

A student accepted into the external scholarship at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University receives several benefits, including:

Eligibility criteria
To apply for Princess Nourah University scholarships for non-Saudi female students, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The applicant must be non-Saudi.
- The applicant must be residing outside the Kingdom to apply for external scholarships, or residing inside Saudi Arabia with valid legal residency to apply for internal scholarships.
- The applicant must be between 17 and 25 years old.
- The applicant must have a high school certificate or its equivalent.
- No more than 5 years must have passed since obtaining the high school certificate.
- The applicant must not have previously received a scholarship from a Saudi educational institution.
- The applicant must not have any previous academic record at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
- The applicant must be medically fit and pass the required medical examination.
- The applicant must not have been dismissed from any educational institution inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The applicant must meet any additional requirements set by the university at the time of application.
- The applicant must submit all required documents completely through the official application platform.
