AIESEC is the world‘s largest youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of youth through experiential learning, volunteer experiences, and professional internships. Our vision: peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. To achieve this, we seek to engage and empower every young person. We are one of the world’s largest providers of high-caliber youth talent and volunteers. We develop the next generation of leaders and connect them with businesses and NGO’s.
