Program Description
Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) offers international students the opportunity to study in France through a diverse range of Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in fields such as business management, finance, marketing, international business, data analytics, artificial intelligence, innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, fashion and luxury management, and sports management.
GEM is an internationally oriented French business school and holds the three major international accreditations: AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. It also offers several programmes taught in English and welcomes students from around the world. Its MSc portfolio alone includes 17 specializations across business, technology, and management.
Studying at Grenoble Ecole de Management combines academic knowledge with practical experience through case studies, company-based projects, professional internships, and international experiences. MSc programmes include professional experience or a mandatory internship as part of the curriculum, and in some programmes, this professional experience can reach up to 6 months per year.
Program Requirements
Admission requirements vary depending on the degree level, specialization, and selected study track. However, general requirements for many MSc programmes include:
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to at least 180 ECTS to enter the two-year track.
- To enter the one-year track directly, applicants generally need the equivalent of 240 ECTS, such as a four-year Bachelor’s degree, or a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus one year of Master’s-level study.
- Having a good level of English proficiency.
- Submitting the university degree certificate and academic transcripts.
- Providing a CV.
- Submitting a motivation letter.
- Providing an academic or professional reference.
- Submitting a copy of the passport and a personal photo.
- Completing an admission interview if requested by the admissions committee.
For MSc programmes taught in English, the school generally accepts one of the following tests:
- IELTS Academic: minimum score of 6.0.
- TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 80.
- Duolingo English Test: minimum score of 100.
- Cambridge English C1: grades A, B, or C.
