Opportunity description

Forsa offers a job opportunity for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer at its headquarters in Amman, Jordan. The Digital Marketing Officer will manage social media accounts, lead advertising campaigns, analyze engagement statistics, and work on increasing the number of Forsa platform users.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in managing social media, running ads, and creating engaging content.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and YouTube.

  2. Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on the Meta platform (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

  3. Create visually appealing graphics and content using Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.

  4. Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content, including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.

  5. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Looker to improve strategy.

  6. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and optimize content for different audiences.

  7. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Eligibility criteria

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Basic to intermediate design skills in Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut for creating engaging visual content.
  • Video editing skills to produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, and promotional content.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Looker, or other marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to write compelling captions, ad copy, and marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
