Job Opportunity as A Techno Commercial Administrator at John Crane Company in The UAE

John Crane company is looking  for a full time Techno Commercial Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to provide excellent customer service by providing on-time delivery and timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

[1] Preparation of job quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with relevant Sales Manager and sister companies.

[2] Support external sales team with specific customer account information,

[3] Networking and communication with customers, agents, and other JC operations.

[4] Review customers enquiries and orders

[5] Following up and monitoring of internal order processing and delivery performance.

[6] Assist finance in resolving payment issues in case of product discrepancies.

[7] Use of SAP, C4C business system and its relevant modules.

[8] Work with other departments to expedite the service to customers.

[9] Prepare notifications for non-compliances.

[10] Review LOC for commercial terms and conditions.

Requirements:

[1] Diploma or University Degree in Economics, Commerce or similar field. This is French speaking role, fluency is mandatory.

[2] Demonstrable professional experience in sales or commercial administration in particular handling export and shipping documents and LOCs.

[3] Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment

[4] Technical knowledge of or ability to learn SAP system

[5] Product knowledge or ability to learn about John Crane product portfolio & product codes.

[6] Excellent MS Office background
