Job Opportunity in Egypt: Human Capital Coordinator

Majid Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity in the HR Management field to those who have a Bachelor's degree and fluent in English. The successful applicant will be responsible for following-up payroll process, attendance and leave, conducting interviews and do all related tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the HR Manager in dealing with both the Labor office and social insurance office
2. Follow-up payroll process, attendance, and leave.
3. The ability to conduct interviews.
4. Follow up on the performance evaluation process.
5. Follow-up appointment papers required for the staff.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in personnel.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Computer skills: Excel, access, Database.
4. Dynamic, hard worker, self-motivated, able to take initiative actions, ambitious & stable. 
5. Committed to results. 
6. Experience in retail/hotel/operation business is a plus.
7. Experience 0-2 years in HR Field.
