Opportunity description

The Istanbul Regional Hub (IRH) in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is looking for a consultant to work on various assignments related to Sustainable Development, especially Employment and Inclusive Growth. Applicants must have at least a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Development studies or any other related fields. They must also have at least 5 years of proven work experience in the field of development. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, reporting, writing and computer skills are required; as well as fluency in English. The 3-year position is home-based with possible missions. Responsibilities include supporting research and initiatives, providing advice and strategic technical inputs, and contributing to the development of innovative schemes.

Payments will be made as specified in the actual contract upon confirmation of UNDP on delivering the contract obligations in a satisfactory manner.
