Contract with Leaders of Tomorrow: Consultancy Mandate for M&E Design

Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is undertaking a project to expand the online e-learning and career guidance material available to users on FORSA, the first and largest database of educational and capacity-building opportunities for youth in the Middle East and North Africa. This project attempts to supplement educational systems across the MENA region. LOT is seeking a consultant to support the project by developing a comprehensive system for Monitoring and Evaluation for the e-learning platform and conducting a preliminary baseline assessment against project indicators.

Qualifications:

[1] Bachelor’s degree in good standing

[2] 3-10 years’ work experience in relevant fields, including but not limited to online
education, career skills development, monitoring and evaluation, web and/or
graphic design, marketing, and e-commerce

[3] Proven analytical skills and ability to clearly report findings

[4] Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work amidst many types of diversity, including gender, cultural, and socio-economic diversity

[5] Fluency in Arabic and English, including professional writing skills

[6] Demonstrated professional competencies such as time-management, respect for teammates and colleagues, financial acumen, sufficient computer and technical skills
