Corporate Management Traineeship at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines 2018

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is offering a management traineeship on project management and leadership with the unique opportunity to work on 4 totally different projects in 2 years. In most projects, the trainees will fulfill the role of project managers and are therefore given a lot of responsibility, which means that they will have to manage a team independently while taking the role of management, especially during the last project. Applicants must have their university master’s degree almost achieved, 0-3 years of work experience, and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. They must also have a full resume of activities such as committee and/or board work, part-time jobs, their own start-ups, volunteer work, experience abroad, etc., in addition to management experience gained through at least one of these activities. The traineeship will be full-time (40 hours per week) and the location is KLM head office in Amstelveen or one of their offices at Schiphol. All their locations are easily accessible by car and public transportion.
