The Dubai Business Associate (DBA) program is now open to graduates from all over the world, to complete an associates with one of the emirate’s global leaders in a sector central to its economy, including trade, tourism, finance and logistics. This invaluable experience will provide participants with an understanding of how to operate within an international business environment in the amazing city of Dubai. Management training is considered as an integral aspect of this program, where combining practical experience with learning and development modules will provide participants with a better understanding and knowledge of fundamental business concepts and doing business in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region. The program runs for nine months and begins in September. It includes business placements and consulting projects with programs Placement Partners.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, you must be proficient in both verbal and written English, as well as to have a keen interest in international business combined with a curious and inquiring mind. The program welcomes recent university graduates, in addition to those with up to three years of work experience from all over the world.
Funding:
Successful applicants will receive free accommodation, round-trip flights tickets, working visa, comprehensive health insurance, in addition to a monthly allowance. Also, the program offers a unique opportunity to gain a privileged insight into Dubai’s cultural communities and to develop cross-cultural communication skills. Participants will have access to influential business leaders and opinion formers from across Dubai, the UAE and the rest of the world.
