Opportunity description

The World Youth Alliance is looking for leaders with a strong desire to protect and promote human dignity while making a positive impact on society. Successful Interns have been proactive, self-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented and humble individuals with a willingness to learn.

This program will shape and build interns' potentials in promoting human rights and human dignity, creating an impact on society. Through their three months program in Beirut, intern will be able to endorse his/her project management skills, creative writing, research, social media and fundraising by getting the most out of this experience. Moreover, it will help him/her feel comfortable about working with a diverse team and individually.

Tasks and responsibilities of the intern:

[1] Handling and developing social media strategies and campaigns along with administrative tasks.

[2] Organizing a fundraising event along with the team.

[3]  Writing two blog posts to be published on WYA’s international blog.

[4] Conducting interviews and gathering information to develop a research paper.

[5] Organizing two cultural events.

[6] Assisting WYAME team in planning and organizing all educational and cultural events, conferences and activities.
