Internship for Students in Communication Management at Airbus in Germany

Airbus is looking for a qualified intern to join the company’s team in Hamburg, Germany for a duration of 6 months (starting from September 2019). As an intern, you will support the global aerospace accelerator where startups and entrepreneurs speed up the transformation of innovative ideas into valuable businesses.  Airbus has developed a hybrid concept that includes internal innovation projects and external startups. Through this program, Airbus gives access to a large number of coaches, experts and mentors in various domains: technology, legal, finance, marketing and communication; easing prototyping and access to market.

Responsibilities:

1. Contributing to building a vibrant community within the Airbus Innovation Ecosystem.
2. Supporting, developing and implementing internal and external communication activities.
3. Developing new research for specific innovation methods and tools as well as practically validate them in the program.
4. Studying the startup ecosystem and developing innovative ways of engaging in partnerships.
5. The job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

1. Enrolled student within Business Management, Economics, Communications or similar fields of study.
2. Experience in Innovation Management, Start-Ups , Accelerators and/or workshop facilitation.
3. Ability to work with design tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign), social media are a plus.
4. Fluency in English, and German would be a plus.
5. A good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
