Opportunity description
Hosco is offering internship opportunity in Accounting and Finance at Marivaux Hotel. The successful applicant will be responsible for controling the complimentary expenses, maintain archives updated and do all related works.
Responsibilities:
- Control the daily report: check the different revenues
- Control the complimentary expenses
- F&B posting control: check the banqueting revenue
- F&B statistics report: record of the restaurant and bar statistics.
- Encode supplier deliveries and bills
- Do the inventory of the F&B stocks
- Set of Food and Beverage costs
- Assist the cost controller, accounts payable and helping with the receivables with the daily activities
- Maintain archives updated
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor or a Master's Degree in Business
- Be able to provide an internship Agreement
- Be fluent in both French and English
