Amaris is looking for an enthusiastic intern to work as an Investor Relations Analyst in multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
[1] Preparing the reports and monitoring the debt level of the group and its shareholders, as well the covenants
[2] Calculating the remaining loaning capacity for the group and its shareholders
[3] Conducting a mapping of financing (debt wall) and following-up the interest rate projections
[4] Creating a bank’s database
[5] Preparing the road shows
[6] Developing a banking flows management strategy
[7] Monitoring the private debt funds
[8] Negotiating of credits
Requirements:
[1] Currently undertaking your Master's degree in Finance/Management
[2] Looking for entry-level job or end of studies internship (six months with possibility of signing a permanent contract at the end of the Internship)
[3] Prior experience of three months' internship as a MINIMUM in: Investment banking/Private equity/Venture capital/Structured finance/Leverage finance
[4] Fluency in French and English
[5] A good knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS PowerPoint, Financial modeling, and Bank Finance and Accounting
[6] Good teamwork and communication skills
[7] Curious, dynamic, and at ease in a multicultural environment
