The United Nations University Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU-CRIS) in Belgium is looking for an intern interested in the UN and eager to contribute to research projects and activities. Applicants must be enrolled in a master’s program or holders of a master’s degree, as well as demonstrate a good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Suite. They must also have a strong interest in the UN and regional integration studies, especially the Role of Regions in Global Governance, the United Nations and Regional Public Goods, and Changing Patterns of Regional and Global Governance. During the 3-6 month internship, the interns are expected to research tasks related to the program of interest and present the work performed during the research. They can also take part in seminars, workshops and conferences.
Travel costs are covered. Office space, computer facilities and access to several libraries are provided as well. Interns will need to arrange their own travel, housing and health insurance.
