Eligibility: 

You must have:

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics.
• 1-5 years of job experience,
• Analytical thinking.
• The ability to build relationships with global companies. 
• Agile decision-making.
• The ability to work with huge data sets and deduce actionable insights.
• The ability to improve the perception of creative concepts.

Responsibilities:

You will responsible for:

1. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns and run initiatives end-to-end on all performance channels.
2. Work closely with 3rd parties such as Facebook, Google, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Ad networks, etc.
3. Continue to grow Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Display & Programmatic Advertising.
4. Continuously A/B test and deliver new approaches based on the results.
5. Identify key growth opportunities by crunching numbers and analyzing performance.
6. Propose and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data.
7. Deeply understand the users, what makes them keep using the products, what drives churn.
8. Collaborate with a creative team to provide insight and help to produce new key creatives.
