Opportunity description

Unilever is looking to hire a CCD CMI Lead to join the team in Casablanca, Morocco.

Main Purpose of the Role

  1. Partner Country GM & his team, plus SVP/VP CD and the CD team, to shape & deliver the country & Cluster business plans.
  2. Lead work on Cross category –country initiatives and systems.
  3. Lead work on Growth opportunities –Geography, channel & Country trends/ opportunities.
  4. Lead the work on NRM for the market working with CD & NRM leads
  5. Key CMI Partner with Shopper & eCommerce COE for CD leadership to shape, review & deliver CD 2020 strategy thrusts, across countries ( eg Perfect Stores, Shopper missions, Perfect Cities, NRM etc).
  6. Support shaping and landing strategies with Customers & Channel owners.

Main Accountabilities

Identify and land: 

  • Country trends and opportunities
  • Micromarketing initiatives
  • Perfect Cities, Citiscape
  • De-averaging opportunities into Channel & Geography

[2] Distribution Opportunities

  • COTC growth opportunity identification
  • G2G Distribution

[3] Partnering Shopper & E-commerce COE in

  • Perfect store reboot,
  • G2G In store Visibility, POSM & Planogram optimization, Instore experiments etc
  • Digital insights for eCommerce& instore
  • Consumer Journey –Insights to action
  • Working with CD on Joint business plans for customers

[4] Pricing & Promotion insights

  • Landing & Ongoing management of NRM in each market
  • G2G Promotions & Promotions optimization, etc

[5] Market Insights & analytics for performance delivery

  • Market Insight analysis for Chairman/CD teams
  • Landing MMM analytics, ongoing leverage using Athena etc
  • track–CMI lead
  • Knowledge leverage

[6] Managing & leveraging Nielsen, KWP, MB BGS, Gain theory relationship, on a ONE Unilever basis

  • Data quality, systems integration, cross-category insights and
  • Leveraging agency talent deployment
