Unilever is looking to hire a CCD CMI Lead to join the team in Casablanca, Morocco.
Main Purpose of the Role
- Partner Country GM & his team, plus SVP/VP CD and the CD team, to shape & deliver the country & Cluster business plans.
- Lead work on Cross category –country initiatives and systems.
- Lead work on Growth opportunities –Geography, channel & Country trends/ opportunities.
- Lead the work on NRM for the market working with CD & NRM leads
- Key CMI Partner with Shopper & eCommerce COE for CD leadership to shape, review & deliver CD 2020 strategy thrusts, across countries ( eg Perfect Stores, Shopper missions, Perfect Cities, NRM etc).
- Support shaping and landing strategies with Customers & Channel owners.

- Consumer Journey –Insights to action
- Working with CD on Joint business plans for customers
[4] Pricing & Promotion insights
- Landing & Ongoing management of NRM in each market
- G2G Promotions & Promotions optimization, etc
[5] Market Insights & analytics for performance delivery
- Market Insight analysis for Chairman/CD teams
- Landing MMM analytics, ongoing leverage using Athena etc
