Job Description

The credit controller will be part of Hilti's diverse Finance team reporting to the Head of Credit & Collection. In this role, the employee will handle credit management and debit collection, resolve disputed billings and outstanding accounts pro-actively, daily calls to customers and visits them on site once or twice a month, and build personal relationship with the main contacts, execute collection strategy, collect and allocate payments, perform account reconciliations, analyze and forecast the credit performance of the company and work on and lead shared projects in Credit and Collection locally.

Eligibility

Candidates need to have:

1. A university degree in finance/accounting or business administration or related disciplines.
2. At least two years of relevant experience in Credit and Collection in the Region.
3. Strong communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic are a must.
4. Advanced MS Office, particularly MS Excel knowledge.
5. Passion to learn, the courage to challenge and drive to improve, including themselves.
6. A proactive approach and self-reliant personality.
7. Clear Ambition to develop their career in Collection and other areas of Finance at Hilti.
