Unilever Food Solutions is looking to hire a full time Customer Executive to work at their Offices in Istanbul, Turkey.
Job Summary
- Administer and develop a relationship with customers in accountable categories.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in customer master descriptions (product description and terms of purchase) in accountable categories.
- Accurate inventory management in order to provide the availability of the customer portfolio.
- Plan, execute and analyze the results of 13-week detailed action plans that are developed in line with the Unilever category priorities and customer profitability.
- Providing detailed customer plans applied in a very effective way at the stores, to make an agreement with the customers and sharing these with the field executives.
- Closely follow and share the customer strategies and performances together with the competitors' trends and actions to foresee the opportunities in the category.
- Make sure that the budget follow-ups are carried out in line with the procedures in accountable categories.
- Actualize monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets in accountable categories.
- Following up and reporting the Unilever market shares in the customers in line with the Unilever strategies.
Key Requirements
- University degree.
- 1-3 years working experience in Sales preferably FMCG sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably no military obligation for male candidates.
