Bluefin Talent -a recruiting company- has published a job opening for a company that is currently seeking a number of Associates with expertise in Digital Strategy & Transformation in Dubai. Their main accountabilities would include but are not limited to:
Serve as an IT Strategy thought leader helping to drive enterprise transformation programs with client teams, and support program scoping, business case development, new operating model development, business process design, and solution conceptual design, selection, and implementation. Specifically, this individual will help define client digital and IT strategies and roadmaps that enable transformation business strategies to drive real enterprise change. This individual will work closely with client leaders and teams to develop optimized IT operating and delivery models to implement the roadmap and to capture transformation value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader in digital IT strategies and operating models
- Design IT capability and operating models including governance, demand, and supply management capabilities
- Develop business-driven IT strategies and roadmaps
- Establish and cultivate senior client relationships
- Drive the evaluation of third-party suppliers/products and solutions
- Shape and drive implementation of key business processes related to IT and digitally enabled businesses
- Engage and in some cases lead rich collaborative problem solving with other domain experts and clients, which include business strategists, information architects, UX/UI designers, and industrial/product designers
- Develop system implementation plans and processes and oversee the development, integration, testing and launch

Key Skills & Experiences
- BS Engineering or related technical field
- An Advanced degree, such as an MBA, MS, or Ph.D. is preferred
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Strong track record of large-scale digital and IT systems development
- Business case and requirements development
- Complex bespoke solution design that required creative and complex investigation and evaluation of alternative architectural solutions
- Package selection, including specific pros/cons, application, capabilities, and cost for specific vendor solutions
- Experience of large or complex system integration projects
- Experience in communications, media, and/or telecommunications industries
- Outstanding all around problem-solving capabilities
- A proven track record of managing consulting and client teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and exceed client expectations
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the capability to execute sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
- A self-starter, assertive, with a high degree of self-confidence and good executive presence
- Ability to travel up to 100% domestically with international travel
