Oxfam offers a job opportunity as a Head of Organisation Effectiveness. The Organisational Effectiveness (OE) team in Oxfam is a dynamic, integrated and visionary bunch, who support both Oxfam GB and Oxfam International to deliver the OE strategy to the whole organisation. This team is looking for a Head of Organisation Effectiveness to take the function to the next level of development. Candidates will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of OD, Talent, and L&D practitioners focused on leadership development, staff engagement, and culture evolution aligned to Oxfam International, OGB and People Team strategies and plans.
In this role, they will also be continuously developing working practices, approaches and methodologies that support the evolution of an organisational culture which develops and supports Oxfam's Feminist Leadership and transformative approach.
Requirements:
[1] Extensive Organisation Development knowledge and experience of effective practical application.
[2] Leadership experience at senior level within a complex international organisation.
[3] High level of self-awareness and interpersonal awareness and ability to use one’s presence to support diverse partners
[4] Excellent collaboration and listening skills and excellent ability to develop others’ capacity.
