Abu-Ghazaleh Professional Recruitment is looking to hire a full time IT Support Officer to join its team in Beirut - Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, they will be the first person employees will come to.
- Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.
Job Requirements
Candidates are required to have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (Information Technology).
- One to three years of experience (junior).
- Communication skills.
- CCNA training course or a certificate is preferred.
- Languages: Arabic,English.
