Al Babtain Group in Kuwait has an opening for a Machine Operator, who will be responsible for setting up, operating, or tending to machines to mix or blend raw materials to produce paints provided by an original recipe in a production card instruction sheet.

Responsibilities:

• Check the machines operation performance before starting the work. Inform the production supervisor of maintenance problems.
• Read the batch card instruction accurately and identify the demanded materials to use.
• Weigh or measure raw materials, integral ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Compound and process ingredients or dyes according to formulas.
• Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment.
• Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Hand over samples of materials or products to lab staff for testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Clean and maintain equipment using hand tools.
• Maintain the work area to clean and safe operational standards.

Required Experiences & Skills 

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
2. Intermediate level or diploma from an industrial institute.
3. Excellent knowledge of operate industrial machines.
4. Active Listening.
5. Effective communication.
