Opportunity description
Al Babtain Group in Kuwait has an opening for a Kuwaiti Call Center Agent, they will be responsible for acting as a liaison between various customers and the business entities; answering customers' inquiries and questions regarding the products, services, or calls customers and potential customers inquire about; collecting information; conducting follow-ups; and marketing the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions.
- Initiate outbound calls and interact with customers and potential customers to build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Use effective sales and soft-skill communication techniques to convince the customers with our services and products.
- Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business.
- Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys face to face.
- Conduct all telephone activities such as after sales surveys, feedback surveys, reminder activities, etc.
- Provide customer service of the highest level.
- Update Kerridge system with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
- Provide feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures of the customer service department.
- Follow up the calls of the customers with clerical duties which include calling, emailing, faxing, and filling out paperwork.
Required Experiences & Skills
- Two (2) years minimum experience in similar a position or a field related to business (automotive field is preferable).
- High School Diploma/University degree preferable.
- Good Command of English and Arabic.
- Good command of computer.
- Customer focus.
- Active listening.
- Good communication skills.
