Opportunity description

FORSA is looking for a professional English language trainer and curriculum developer to build a curriculum and facilitate online training sessions on Applied English with the theme of an online English language club.

Responsibilities:

Developing a curriculum for the course that includes:
1. pre-session preparation assignments to be done by the training participants on specific topics
2. Present in training videos as part of the curriculum
3. Development of online session structure and content
Facilitation of online sessions - 50 online sessions (half hour per session) over the course of 2 to 4 months for 500 participants (10 per session)

Note:

The selected trainer will have access to FORSA office in Amman to work on the curriculum, coordinate with FORSA designers to create any needed visualized materials and consult FORSA team.
The selected trainer will start their post in July, and will have a period of two months to finish the curriculum and its associated designs and videos with the support of FORSA team. Followed by 2 to 4 months of session facilitation.

Characteristics and Qualifications:

Living in Jordan
Fluency in Arabic and English languages
Good experience in English language curriculum development
Good experience in English language training facilitation and delivery
Good presentation skills
Creativity, availability, and commitment.
