Job Opportunities in Egypt: Operations Manager at Azadea Foundation

Azadea Foundation is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for effectively managing the Operation Department to ensure business objectives are met and contribute to the Financial targets of the assigned entity.

Key accountabilities:

1. Provide managerial support and direction to the Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Stores Services and Loss Prevention functions.
2. Provide operational assistance for new store openings ensuring set opening dates are met and operand standards are maintained.
3. Achieve financial and operational targets for all aspects of store operation while maintaining a high customer satisfaction level.
4. Develop, implement, and enhance all processes and procedures to continuously improve effectiveness/efficiency of the department, as well as ensure organization operation is carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operation.
5. Evaluate overall operation and regularly report results to the Country Manager and the Chief Operand Coercer. 
6. Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate their team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
7. Prepare the department's annual budget based on set instructions and develop the business plan accordingly to support the objectives set by the Country Manager.
8. Create, implement, and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department across all functions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related Field
2. MBA is a plus
3. Six to eight years of experience in a similar Field, out of which three were spent in a managerial position
4. Experience in retail is a plus
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Fluency in English
